Tony Johnson is the WMBE Expert on the First Hill Streetcar Project. As President of Johnson Construction and Consulting, working with Sta-cy and Witbeck, Inc., the General Contractor on this $68 Million dollar, GC/CM project to ex-ceed the voluntary WMBE goals of 15% DBE and 10% WBE participation. The project has a total of 13 bid packages with 9 awarded through December 2012. Total WMBE partici-pation to date is 39.03%.
